the Planning Board to Lower
the Parking Ratio from 1 to 1
to .58 spots per unit for their
310 10th Street Building.
Join our google group and stay informed about upcoming development in our neighborhood.
It's not just one building with 163 units coming to Hamilton Park.
There are over 1000 units currently zoned to come to Hamilton Park.
